Located in the Lido area of Alghero, minutes from the beach (Lido) and 15 minutes from the old town. Via Europa is the main road in the Lido, running parallel to Via Lido, which runs along the coast. Few good supermarkets in the area; restaurants and bars are also open all year round. Smart and well furnished accommodation: 2 bedrooms apartment (doubles) on the 2nd floor of this modern apartment block. Open plan lounge / diner / kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double, and 1 twin), shower room, large balcony with umbrella, tables and chairs. Washing machine, air-conditioning (optional extra), TV, 2 minutes walk to the beach, 20 minutes walk to the old town.

What's included

Water charges, electricity (for lighting or cooking purposes) charges gas (for cooking or water heating purposes), bathroom and bedroom linen, duvets or blankets.

Final cleaning is always added to the cost of the apartment at £ 45 per studio or 1 bedroom apartments, £ 52 for 2 or more bedrooms. PLEASE NOTE: final cleaning does not cover kitchen and its utensils. Also all rubbish, fridge contents and opened food packages must be disposed of before check-out. If these terms are not respected this will attract Euro 55 penalty, detracted from damage sureties deposit.

Late Check-in. Check-ins after 20:00 will attract £ 27 surcharge (Euro 30 when settled locally). Check-ins after 22:00 will attract £ 54 surcharge (Euro 60 when settled locally).

Early Check-out. Check-outs earlier than 08:00 will attract £ 27 surcharge (Euro 30 when settled locally). Check-outs earlier than 06:00 will attract £ 54 surcharge (Euro 60 when settled locally).

Air-conditioning (hot or cold): £ 8 per night

Gas or electricity for ambient heating: £ 8 per night

Private car parking (where available): £ 3.5 per night

Damage sureties deposit

Euro 150,00. This must be settled in cash locally and refundable at check-out assuming no damage to or misuse of the apartment has occurred, kitchen area, crockery, cutlery, pots and utensils are left clean, and all rubbish has been cleared off the apartment. If these terms are not respected this will attract Euro 55 penalty, detracted from damage sureties deposit.

Check-in, check-out, changeover

Check-in: 15:00-20:00, Check-ins after 20:00 will attract £ 27 surcharge (Euro 30 when settled locally). Check-ins after 22:00 will attract £ 54 surcharge (Euro 60 when settled locally). If check-in earlier than 15:00 is required the previous night must be booked as well

Check-out: 08:00-10:00 the latest on day of departure, if a late check-out is needed an extra night must be paid for. Check-outs earlier than 08:00 will attract  £ 27 surcharge (Euro 30 when settled locally). Check-outs earlier than 06:00 will attract £ 54 surcharge (Euro 60 when settled locally).
