Central apartment on the fourth floor, this apartment can be rented as a one or two bedrooms (depending on the number of occupants. The apartment is very bright and light with tall ceilings: a large open plan kitchen/living room, two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin / triple), bathroom (with shower and tub) on 1 floor and a large roof terrace with conservatory on the top floor. The view from the roof terrace is simply amazing. The apartment benefits on the roof terrace of a conservatory where guest can also cook and eat as it has a second kitchen, table and chairs. There is a basic BBQ on the terrace and outdoors (cold only) shower. Air conditioning only in the lounge) is an optional extra. Distance from the seafront is approx 300 mt, and the nearest beach is situated at about 20 minutes walk. In the winter month we can provide at extra cost some electrical heaters, backed up also by the air-con. No lift for this apartment but the huge terrace and the amazing view make up for it! Excellent double glazing in this apartment shuts noise from the outside.

Final cleaning is always added to the cost of the apartment at £ 45 per studio or 1 bedroom apartments, £ 52 for 2 or more bedrooms. PLEASE NOTE: final cleaning does not cover kitchen and its utensils. Also all rubbish, fridge contents and opened food packages must be disposed of before check-out. If these terms are not respected this will attract Euro 55 penalty, detracted from damage sureties deposit.

Late Check-in. Check-ins after 20:00 will attract £ 27 surcharge (Euro 30 when settled locally). Check-ins after 22:00 will attract £ 54 surcharge (Euro 60 when settled locally).

Early Check-out. Check-outs earlier than 08:00 will attract £ 27 surcharge (Euro 30 when settled locally). Check-outs earlier than 06:00 will attract £ 54 surcharge (Euro 60 when settled locally).

Damage sureties deposit

Euro 150,00. This must be settled in cash locally and refundable at check-out assuming no damage to or misuse of the apartment has occurred, kitchen area, crockery, cutlery, pots and utensils are left clean, and all rubbish has been cleared off the apartment. If these terms are not respected this will attract Euro 55 penalty, detracted from damage sureties deposit.

Check-in, check-out, changeover

Check-in: 15:00-20:00, Check-ins after 20:00 will attract £ 27 surcharge (Euro 30 when settled locally). Check-ins after 22:00 will attract £ 54 surcharge (Euro 60 when settled locally). If check-in earlier than 15:00 is required the previous night must be booked as well

Check-out: 08:00-10:00 the latest on day of departure, if a late check-out is needed an extra night must be paid for. Check-outs earlier than 08:00 will attract  £ 27 surcharge (Euro 30 when settled locally). Check-outs earlier than 06:00 will attract £ 54 surcharge (Euro 60 when settled locally).
