We offer a selection of 10 self catering apartments with different characteristics in a group of new buildings in a residential area in Tortoĺ, at about 4 km from the enchanting beaches of Lido di Orŕ.

Apartments have been furnished in a "sardo" style and provided with all modern comforts, designed exclusively for a relaxing summer holiday. Apartments have been classified from Ente Provinciale al Turismo (Italian local Tourist Board) First Category (highest) in this category (Holiday Apartments).Traditional Sardinian style is respected, with rustic decor and furnishing detail.
Each apartment is provided with 4 fires gas cooker with electric oven, fridge, shower room (toilet, bidet, sink and shower), washing machine, iron and ironing board, communal use of garden and BBQ.
Apartments are equipped with air-con (hot/cold).
Weekly charge includes 1 set per person of bathroom (only) linen comprising 1 shower + 1 bidet towel.
Rates exclude electricity and gas charges, which are charged on the basis of what is consumed locally.
Damage Sureties Deposit: € 100
Final Cleaning:
€ 50 for Type C, € 50 for Type B, € 70 for Type A.
Gas and Electricity charges:
Charges for these consumables are metered and charged locally.

If required sets of bedroom linen (sheets and pillow cases) and extra sets of bathroom linen can be hired, must be pre-booked but must be settled locally.
Extra Linen hire:
€ 5 per person, per change, per week for extra linen required (can be ordered locally)
Bookings can only be accepted on a Saturday-Saturday basis. Check-in 14:00, Check-out 09:00

MONO (studio -sleep 2+2):
there are 5 Monos apartments positioned on the upper floor of the building. Day area is provided with equipped cooking
corner and lounge/diner for 4 guests, double sofa-bed and bathroom. The
bedroom is placed on a balcony level which overlooks on the day area (see 2nd picture below).

BILO
(one bedroom - sleep 4+2):
positioned on 2 levels:
ground and lower ground. The day area (on the ground floor) comprises
equipped cooking corner and lounge/diner for 6 guests and double sofa-bed.
Bedrooms (one double plus one double/twin) and bathroom are located on lower
ground floor.

TRILO (three bedrooms - sleep 6+2):
positioned on 2 levels: ground and lower ground. The day area (ground floor) comprises equipped cooking corner and lounge/diner for 8 guests, double sofa-bed. Bedrooms (one double plus two doubles/twins) and bathroom are located on lower ground
