The Area
Here is where you find (apparently) one of the most beautiful
beaches in the world “La Pelosa”. In the centre of Stintino you'll find everything for shopping, crafts, gifts, etc. Restaurants, Bars and pizzerias are also available.

Overview |
A newly constructed residence on the top of a hill and not far from the sea. Ca. 8 km outside of Stintino, an old fisherman village. All villas are furnished in elegant Sardinian style.

Amenities |
All apartments are all equipped with colour TV, garden or balcony, parking, some have private pool, some share their pool with their neighbouring villas.

Rates include final cleaning, water, gas, electricity, and courtesy kit.

Damage Sureties Deposit: € 150,00 refundable (if no damages or extra charges occurred) to be settled locally. |
Kitchen final cleaning: kitchen must be left clean by guests otherwise € 50,00 supplement is detracted from deposit. |

Linen hire: bed € 10,00 per person per change; bathroom € 10,00 per person per change, per week. |
Daily maid service: € 20,00 per day ( exclusion of kitchen, kitchen must be cleaned by guests). |

Animals: small pets are admitted, except for beach and public areas. A € 40,00 supplement is charged to apartment where pets stays. |
Transfers Each Way: Alghero Airport or P.Torres Port € 60 (up to 3 passengers), otherwise €
20 per extra passenger. 20% supplement for arrivals between 22:00 and 06:00.
