(Via Carlo Alberto). The construction was started 1n
1612 thanks to a donation left by Gilbert Ferret, an Algherese captain in the
Spanish army, to initiate a college for the Jesuits.
The style is baroque. At
the extremity of the transept, one can admire two large stucco altars dating
back to 1678, and a beautiful choir loft in carved wood inlaid on gold leaf. |
