The area |
 Villa Sa Prama is an elegant building surrounded by a 1,000 sq. m. well tended garden, situated at the centre of a large pine wood that separates it from a wonderful beach of the finest white sand bordering crystal clear waters. Villa Sa Prama lies 12 km. from Orosei and 80 km. south of Olbia, the site of the Costa Smeralda Airport and the port that the majority of ferry companies sail into.

Overview
The Vílla is designed for those seeking a quiet, relaxing holiday: situated in the Gulf of Orosei, it stands just 50 m. from the sea, near to Cala Liberotto, one of the most famous resorts along the eastern coast of Sardinia. |
The Villa is tastefully furnished and consists of a number of three roomed apartments with a terrace, solarium and separate entrance. Facing the sea, the apartments are located on the ground floor, mezzanine floor and first floor, while the one and two roomed flats. |

Amenities |
All the apartments are elegantly furnished and fully fitted with: fridge, cooker, microwaves oven, washing machine and TV. The eastern coast of Sardinia still manages to offer visitors unspoilt landscapes immersed in the aromatic Mediterranean scrub extending right up to the shoreline Delightful beaches of fine white sand alternate with splendid granite clíffs, carved into the strangest of shapes by the sea and the wind, and with marvellous little bays with crystal clear waters. |
The gradually sloping sea bottom guarantees safe bathing, in particular for young children. |

What's included
Compulsory charges (to be settled locally)
Final cleaning: BILO 4 € 130. Does not include cleaning of kitchen area, cutlery, crockery, pot, pans and fridge. € 40 supplement is charged if these are found dirty. |
Damage Sureties Deposit: € 200 refundable, assuming no damage o misuse of the apartment and its contents have occurred. |

Changeover, check-in and check-out
No reductions for anticipated departures or late arrivals. |
Check-in: 17:00 - 21:00. The management requires notice at time of booking for check-in after 21:00 and no later then 23:00. |
Check-out: 9:00 the latest. If apartment is vacated after this time the full damage sureties deposit will be held as penalty |

Apartments Types, availability and rates |
Please note: apartments occupancy is limited to the number of beds available. In some apartment in which is possible to add a bed or an infant cot, a weekly supplement for a minimum of 1 week is charges.
