The Area
The recently built S. Elmo Residence is situated in near Castiadas directly by the sea, in an area of small, fine, sandy beaches and rocky coves, about 65 km from Cagliari and 5 km form Costa Rei. While enjoying a peaceful and quiet atmosphere throughout the year, the complex is only 15 km from Villasimius.

The holiday houses, which overlook the sea and are surrounded by a green landscape, are arranged in terraced rows, with stone and granite facings; they are all elegantly furnished and have a patio and garden or balcony

Within the residence, visitors will find a supermarket with butcher’s and fishmonger’s (all open from May to September), a bar, a pizza place (evening entertainment organised by the bar), a bazaar, a Cocktail Bar and different sport facilities (Tennis courts, five a side football, Mini-golf; additional cost). |
It is possible to organise locally sporting activities such as diving, horse riding and land or sea excursions, car, scooter, bicycle and dingy hire. Small animals are welcome. |
