Punta Marana / Pedra Concada Apartments are situated in the Golfo di Marinella, at about 15 km from Olbia and about 5 from Porto Rotondo, iin a panoramic position on top of headlands and followed by numerous white sandy little beaches and spectacular granite rocks, typical of the area. The sea around these coasts is among the clearest in the world. Apartments are part of a couple of similar complexes where from sea is easily accessible through a short walkway (100-150 mts from the apartments).

Apartments belong to quite a few private owners so each apartment has been furnished to his owner's individual taste. They are located on ground or first floor (sea view). They are mostly provided with private parking, own entrance, cooking corner equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and colour TV.

**At about 150-800 mt tennis courts, 5 aside court, tobacconist, newsagent, pool with bar and restaurant.

**By the harbour at 150-800 mt following services are available: mooring, boat hire, scooter hire, diving course, bars, restaurants hairdresser, ice-cream parlour, bakery and shops.

**Marinella beach (1 km) offers activities on all kinds of sports are available together with beach service such as armchair and umbrella hire

Weekly service charge: (to be settled at check-in) € 40,00 (for any guest from 3 years of age) per person per week, to include water, electricity, gas, colour TV, linen (bath and bed).

Final cleaning: (per apartment) Mono tipo B € 35,00, Mono Type C € 50,00, Bilo Type E € 60,00, Bilo Type F and Trilo Type H € 70,00, Quadri tipo I € 80,00. Please note that € 50,00 supplement maybe detracted from the damage sureties if kitchen area is found dirty at check-out.

Damage sureties deposit: € 100,00 (to be deposited at check-in and refundable at check-out assuming no misuse or damage has been sustained by the apartment or its contents).

Air-conditioning on apartment QUADRI 8: € 100,00 (compulsory, to be settle locally)

Must be requested at time of booking (comments field) and settled locally

Cot for Infants (0-3): no charge if own cot is provided, € 18,00 per week if cot is required. This charge does not include linen.

Changeover day: during July-August mainly Saturdays. During other months weekday changeover will be considered.

Sunday Arrival/Departures: € 50,00 supplement is applicable for check-in or out services during Sundays (to be pre-approved).

Check-in: Apartments are allocated locally after 17:00 and before 20:00 on day of arrival.

PLEASE NOTE: In case of arrival during days or times when the office is closed it is peremptory that this is notified when making a booking to avoid inconvenience.

Check-out: Apartments must be vacated at 10:00 the latest on day of departure.

MONO 2 Type B (sleeps 2): studio apartment with sea view. Lounge with twin beds, cooking corner and bathroom.

MONO 3 Type C (sleeps 2/3): studio apartment with sea view. Lounge with single bed, gallery bedroom with double bed, cooking corner and bathroom.

BILO 4 Type E (sleeps 4): one bedroom apartment with sea view. Lounge with twin beds, double bedroom, cooking corner and bathroom.

BILO 5 Type F (sleeps 4/5): one bedroom with sea view. Lounge with single bed, double bedroom, gallery bedroom with double bed or twin beds, cooking corner and bathroom.

TRILO 6 Type H (sleeps 5/6): two bedroom with sea view. Lounge with twin beds, double bedroom, twin (bunks) bedded room, cooking corner and bathroom.

QUADRI 8 Type I: (sleeps 6/8): three bedroom with sea view. Lounge with twin beds, double bedroom, twin (bunks) bedded room, gallery with double bedroom or twins, cooking corner and bathroom. Air-conditioning on this apartment.
