The Area
 Situated at 4 km from the tourist center of Santa Teresa and at only few hundred mt from the sea. This complex is composed of several different buildings surrounded of the tipycally scent of the mediterranean vegetation and comes down to the sea. Is the ideal place either for people looking for a quiet holiday and for night life lovers (in Santa Teresa during the high season) Nearby you’ll find some of the most beautiful beaches in Sardegna with their wonderful crystal clear sea.. Thanks of the lucky positon of the area, you’ll find at only few km both beaches protected from the wind or very windy ones for surf lovers ( at about 15/20 km).The clear sea beds invite to dive ( possible to find expert guides) for snorkelig and under water fishing lovers. Reacheable by dinghy several amazing little coves, the enchanting island of la Maddalena and the very close coasts of Corsica. Don’t forget to visit, if you like to dive in past times, archaeological sites or the giant tombs.

Check-in Saturdays and Tuesdays between 17:00 and 20:00. Check-out Saturdays and Tuesdays no later than 10.00 a.m (minimum 7 days); for later check in, please contact us prior to arrival to inform us about the scheduled time if before midnight. Should our guests arrive after midnight, they will get their accommodation the day after or, on demand at the reservation time, they will get the accommodation with a surcharge of € 50,00 to pay at the main reception. |
