The Area
Ottiolu Club Resort is situated in the marina of Ottiolu on a a picturesque stretch of coast between San Teodoro and Budoni, surrounded by hills descending gracefully to the sea. This area is very central to the most famous part of Sardinia such as Costa Smeralda (30
minutes) and San Teodoro (4 km). The main beach in Ottiolu, south of the marina, is white and with the finest sand, whilst small hidden inlets can be reached by walkways through the north-east rocky shores, all the way to Punta Li Turchi.

The apartments, situated within 50 to 800 mt from the sea or from the Marina. Nicely and practically furnished, they are part of one or two floor complexes. They are equipped with garden or veranda. Some of them enjoy sea view. |
Service available in Ottiolu: sports centre with 5 aside astro-turf football ground (flood-lit), 3 tennis courts, beach volley, diving centre, possibility of boat mooring and boat hire. These services are not connected to our suppliers therefore cannot be guarantee and no responsibility is taken by Sardinia Accommodation or its agents. |

Damage Sureties Deposit: € 100 per apartment, refundable at check-out assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has incurred and the cooking area is left clean. |
