Weekly service charge:€

Final cleaning: (per apartment):
€ 35,00. Please note that € 50,00 supplement maybe detracted from the damage
sureties if kitchen area is found dirty at check-out.
Damage sureties deposit: € 100,00 (to be
deposited at check-in and refundable at check-out assuming no misuse or
damage has been sustained by the apartment or its contents)
Cot for Infants (0-3): no charge if own cot is provided, € 18,00 per week if cot is required. This charge does not include linen.
