The apartment are part of a complex which looks onto the sea.

Agrustos beach is about 1500 mt. Few minutes drive can lead you to the most beautiful and uncontaminated beaches in the area.

Also nearby is Ottiolu harbour.

Apartments are elegantly furnished, they have own garden and veranda (if on the lower level) or of veranda only (if situated on first floor). All apartments are
equipped with TV, washing machine and private parking.

Weekly service charge: € 26 per person. Includes electricity, water, gas and linen (bedroom only).

Final cleaning: € 50 (Bilo), € 55 (Trilo) per apartment, excluding cooking area. If this area is left dirty

Damage Sureties Deposit: € 100 per apartment refundable assuming no damage to the apartment its contents and no misuse of the apartment has occurred.

Optional charges

Linen (bathroom): € 7 per person, per week.

Extra bed: € 50 per week

Cot Hire: € 30 per week. Guests are welcome to bring their own.

TV: € 30 per week

Animals: small pets are allowed € 25 per week.

Bicycle Hire: € 26 per week.

Transfers: to/from Olbia airport € 55 each way.

Check-in, Check-out, Changeover

Check-in: 17:00 - 20:00. Arrival out of hours must be agreed. Arrivals after 23:00 € 25 supplement.

Check-out: 10:00

Changeover: Saturday
