The apartments tastefully and functionally furnished to the taste of each individuals owner, they all have independent access. Located either on ground or first floors, some with garden or balcony. Types of apartment available are:

Amenities

Available within the resort: Guest's assistance office, tennis, bar kiosk on the beach.

Next to bar: newspapers and tobacconist. Within 4 Km: pizza-restaurant, mini-market.

Distance from sea: approx 500 mt.

What's included

Discounts: Kala e Moru guests can enjoy a 10% discount on beach services (pedalò, canoe, diving center, mountain bike (</span>within the resort). Horseriding: a</span>pprox 3 km.

Compulsory charges

must be settled locally

Damage Sureties Deposit: € 150 (refundable) to be settled locally (check-in). € 50 supplement will be charged if cooking corner is found dirty at check-out.

Final cleaning: BILO 2 € 40, BILO 4 € 50, TRILO 5/6 € 60. Kitchen must be left cleaning. If kitchen is found dirty a € 50 supplement will be deducted from damage sureties deposit.

Optional charges

Cooking corner final cleaning: if this is found dirty at check-out € 50 is kept from damage sureties deposit

Linen hire: € 8 (bath), € 8 (bedroom) per person ( per change), per week

Colour TV hire: € 30 per week

Cot / Extra bed (3rd or 7th bed): € 35 per week

Animals are allowed but a final cleaning charge of € 25 is charged

Check-in, Check-out, Changeover

Changeover day: Saturday

Check-in: 17:00-20:00

Check-out: 10:00 the latest

Arrivals after 20:00 must be notified and agreed. A € 50,00 supplement is charged for arrival after 24:00
