The Area
Il Borgo il situated in Porto San Paolo a few hundred mt away (300-700 mt) from the sea. Porto San Paolo is a mainly touristic village with shops, bars, restaurants and several shops and overlooks on the enchanting views of Tavolara island with its protected natural park.
The most beautiful white sandy beaches in the island are all gathered around here.

Overview |
Il Borgo has been built recently in typical sardinian style using stone and granite, wood and wrought iron, and it is characterized by its arches, lodges, leafy gardens and walkways which connect the apartments with the swimming pool (exclusive use VIP type apartments).

Amenities |
These apartments, tastefully furnished, are located either on the ground floor with patio and garden or on the first floor with a balcony, and are provided with TV and washing machine. Some of the apartments are sea facing. Only VIP type apartments enjoy use of communal swimming pool (T62BV). The pool is open 06/06-26/06 and equipped with loungers and umbrellas subject to availability. |
Available services within the resort: restaurant, bar, super-market, unsupervised parking. |
Services available in the proximity: free beaches, range of shops, chemist, emergency doctor etc. golf course. |
Animals are allowed but not in public areas (see optional extras re. cleaning charge).

Final cleaning: BILO 4 € 70,00, TRILO 5 / TRILO 6, 1 bath € 90,00, 2 bath € 90,00. Kitchen must be left clean otherwise a € 50,00 supplement will be charged. |
Damage Sureties Deposit (to be settled locally at check-in): € 200,00 per apartment per week. This is refunded at check-out assuming no damage to or misuse of the apartment has occurred.
