Overview

Guests could appreciate their harmony with the enchanting landscape made of Mediterranean scrub and characteristics granite rocks moulded by the atmospheric agents.

Amenities

The apartments I Graniti are set on a hill, 1,500 ms from the sea, and close behind the rocky mountains of the hinterland. Those who wish to enjoy a peaceful vacation will really appreciate these apartments. All the apartments are fully fitted with oven, fridge, washer and TV.

What's included

Electricity, water, gas.

Compulsory charges (to be settled locally)

Final cleaning: BILO 4 € 130, TRILO 5 € 180. Does not include cleaning of kitchen area, cutlery, crockery, pot, pans and fridge. € 40 supplement is charged if these are found dirty.

Damage Sureties Deposit: € 200 refundable, assuming no damage o misuse of the apartment and its contents have occurred.

Kitchen area and utensil cleaning (if found dirty): € 40

Optional charges (to be settled locally)

Linen: € 35 per person, per week.

Changeover, check-in and check-out

No reductions for anticipated departures or late arrivals.

Check-in: 17:00 - 21:00. The management requires notice at time of booking for check-in after 21:00 and no later then 23:00.

Check-out: 9:00 the latest. If apartment is vacated after this time the full damage sureties deposit will be held as penalty.

Apartments Types, availability and rates

Please note: apartments occupancy is limited to the number of beds available. In some apartment in which is possible to add a bed or an infant cot, a weekly supplement for a minimum of 1 week is charges. Customer's cot is not accepted and its requirement must be indicated at time of booking.eck other Self Catering in the same area

BILO 4 (1 BEDROOM APARTMENT - SLEEPS 4) Terrace, living room with kitchen area,1 bathroom, 1 bedroom with two beds. The 3rd and the 4th bed are available in the living room in a sofa-bed.

TRILO 5 (2 BEDROOM APARTMENT - SLEEPS 5) - Panoramic sea view terrace, living room, small kitchen, 1 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms each with two beds. The 5th bed is available in the living room in a divan bed.
