The traditional Sardinian architectural design, features two long, two-storey buildings that converge into the `Piazzetta del Sole". The shady porticoes and loggias are characterised by a series of comfortable, quiet comers for guests to relax in, decorated with dwarf palms and flower beds which surround the square, enhanced by a spurting fountain with various water effects. Aromatic plants and Mediterranean scrub surround this elegant building perfectly placed within a series of spectacular gardens and a vast olive grove, providing a startling backdrop of fragrances and colours.

The dining room, furnished in traditional Sardinian style, welcomes guests in an elegant, classy setting. The catering is given pride of place, and the hotel offers a wide range of Sardinian, national and international dishes, featuring recipes that are at the same time both simple yet refined particularly, based on both sea foods, farm produce and game, all of which is abundant in Sardinia.

The Hotel has a snack-bar opposite the pool, and the centrally-Iocated "IL PORTICO' bar which in the evening turns into a pleasant piano bar, with live music from the, 1 st June until the 30th September.
