Overview

The elegant 5 apartment are embedded in the mediterranean bush and a short distance from the sea.

Within the communal garden, between the lawn, the buganvillae and the flower beds a small swimming pool is available to guests.

On the beach is possible to hire loungers and umbrellas, windsurf boards, water scooters. There is a variety of bars and restaurants by the sea in the area. Please note these services are not connected with the apartments' management and therefore cannot be guaranteed and are seasonal.

Amenities

At about 100mt from the complex there is a mini-market and a coach stop for services to Olbia (10 km).

Also quite near Golfo Aranci and Porto Rotondo, well known centre of the Costa Smeralda nightlife.

The complex recently built has using material in line with the local tradition: granite and wood.

Animals not admitted.

Compulsory charges

must be settled locally

Weekly service charge: (to be settled at check-in) € 40,00 for any guest from 3 years of age) per person per week, to include water, electricity, gas, colour TV, linen (bath and bed).

Final cleaning: (per apartment) Trilo Type H € 70,00. Please note that € 50,00 supplement maybe detracted from the damage sureties if kitchen area is found dirty at check-out.

Damage sureties deposit: € 100,00 (to be deposited at check-in and refundable at check-out assuming no misuse or damage has been sustained by the apartment or its contents)

Optional charges

must be requested at time of booking and settled locally

Cot for Infants (0-3): no charge if own cot is provided, € 18,00 per week if cot is required. This charge does not include linen.

Check-in, Check-out, Changeover

Changeover day: during July-August mainly Saturdays. During other months weekday changeovers will be considered.

Check-in: Apartments are allocated locally after 17:00 and before 20:00 on day of arrival.

Check-out: Apartments must be vacated at 10:00 the latest on day of departure.

Sunday Arrival/Departures: € 50,00 supplement is applicable for check-in or out services during Sundays (to be pre-approved).

PLEASE NOTE: In case of arrival during days or times when the office is closed it is peremptory that this is notified when making a booking to avoid inconvenience.
