Situated in the heart of the old town this light and comfortable 1 bedroom apartment on 2 levels. Open plan lounge / diner / kitchen downstairs, double bedroom upstairs with a narrow balcony overlooking the 2 churches of S. Francesco and S. Michele. Air-condtioning (extra), TV, washing machine.

MINIMUM STAY: 1 week.

COMPULSORY CHARGES (will be added to rental): final cleaning £45, late check-in supplement (after 20:00) £27 or (after 22:00) £54. Early (before 08:00) check-out supplement £27. Arrival during Sunday or italian national holidays supplement £13.
