Hotel Catalunya is both modern and functional, standing out in the vibrant heart of Alghero, dominating the town and the bay.

The hotel, unique because of its captivating position and quality of services, is ideal for work or pleasure stays.

The building itself is frequently restyled and technologically updated with the aim of maintaining the highest quality standards in tune with the needs of our guests.

Amenities

The hotel has 128 rooms equipped with every comfort, 2 restaurants, a congress centre consisting of 4 multi-purpose rooms which are situated around the spacious foyer. The lounge and adjacent American Bar guarantee a welcoming atmosphere for pleasant moments of relaxation or for meeting people.

Rooms

The 128 rooms are confortably furnished and all include telephone, air-conditioning, colour tv, mini-bar safe and hairdryer. The Junior Suites, all located on the eighth floor, have their own sitting room and large balcony from where guests can enjoy the breathtaking views. The hotel also has triple and quadruple rooms available which are ideal for family breaks.

All the rooms are elegantly furnished in warm hues of blue, red and yellow and are of 5 different types: twin room, double, triple (double bed and single sofa bed), quadruple room (double bed and 2 single beds); J. Suite.

The J Suites, on the 8th floor, have a sleeping area with double bed, a sitting room with sofa bed which converts into a third bed and a balcony with a splendid view of the harbour and the sea.

The hotel has the use of a private beach at the Lido which is free for hotel guests. A shuttle service is available to and from the beach. (From June to September)

Restaurants

The first floor restaurant is reserved exclusively for hotel guests. The main dining room is spacious and bright and faces the park. Our continental breakfast consists of an ample buffet including coffee, milk, tea, fruit juice, croissants, cereals, bread, jams, honey, ham and salami, cheeses, yoghurt and fresh fruit. For lunch or dinner we recommend both meat and fish dishes and there are local and international specialities with full waiter service.

The 9th floor restaurant dominates the town and the bay. From its beautiful terrace guests can enjoy the spectacular views along the coast to Capo Caccia. The restaurant That can accommodate up to 120 people is reserved for special events such as gala dinners, banquets and receptions.
