24 kilometres from Alghero. This is a majestic eye-catching promontory with high cliffs which fall to the sea. The view of the bay of Alghero from here is exhilarating. Deep within the promontory is Neptune's Grotto, which the Duke of Buckingham described as "the miracle of the gods"
