The village of “Cala Paradiso “, 25 Km. from Olbia , rises in the peninsula of Capo Coda Cavallo, cape of amazing and unique beauty overlooking the small archipelago formed by the Islands of Tavolara, Molara and Molarotto.
Five hundred meters of cliffs and sandy coves surround the village standing on a light slope that leads to the sea 500 meters far.
A typical mediterranean nature rich of meadows and flowers are the surroundings of the village.

The complex has a hall, bar, restaurant, a suggestive swimming pool and it has covered car parking. In the village there are also a tennis court and a soccer ground both with night lighting. You can find the following services: cleaning, laundry, baby sitter and tours are organized.

At 500 meters in the square of the village Porto Coda Cavallo there is a commercial centre with supermarket, boutiques, cake shop, ecc.

The apartments are built in a beautiful architecture with stone face and covered with antique tiles. All flats are equipped with colour TV and air conditioner, wooden covered terrace with chairs and table, some have an inside attic. Nearly all the apartments are overlooking the sea.
Weekly opening period from April to October.

The apartments are situated at about 150m from the sea. They all have independent entrance and set on one or two levels.

Service charge; € 40 per person, per week includes usage of: electricity, water, gas, bedroom and bathroom linen.

Final Cleaning: (excludes cooking area, pots, pans, cutlery and crokery, which are guests responsibility) Mono € 45, Bilo € 55, Trilo € 65. If kitchen and utensils are left dirty there is charge of € 25 supplement.

Air Conditioning: Mono € 40, Bilo € 60, Trilo € 90 per week.

Cot: 0/3 year of age € 25 per week. Guests are welcome to provide own cot.

Changeover: Saturday. before 13/06 flexible changeover can be considered.

All apartment are equipped with TV, hair-drier and air-con on request.

MONO 2 (studio, sleeps 2). Situated on the ground floor facing the swimming pool. Rooms has a cooking corner, double or twin bedded, wardrobe and bathroom.

MONO 3 (studio, sleeps 3). Situated on ground floor only. Entrance hall with fitted wardrobe, lounge with a double bed and a pull out single bed, cooking corner, bathroom and a covered terrace (table and chairs)

BILO TYPE P (one bedroom, sleeps 4/5). Situated on the ground floor, NO SEA VIEW, entrance hall, large living room with a single sofa and a pull down double bed, double bedroom, cooking corner, covered terrace and bathroom.

BILO TYPE M (one bedroom, sleeps 4/5). Situated on the ground floor, on the side of the sea. Apartments could be set on two level or on ground level on the ground floor with garden, or on the first floor. Entrance hall, living room with a single sofa and a pull down double bed and cooking corner, double bedroom, covered terrace and bathroom.

BILO TYPE S (one bedroom, sleeps 5/6). One bedroom with gallery level. Entrance, lounge with cooking corner and sofa bed, bedroom, bathroom, covered terrace, garden. Gallery level (looking over the lounge) with twin beds.

TRILO (two bedrooms, sleeps 6/7).Set on two floors with seas view. On the ground floor: entrance hall, double bedrooms and bathroom. On the first floor lounge with cooking corner, sofa bed and pull out bed, double bedroom, bathroom and terrace.

TRILO TYPE I (two bedrooms, sleeps 6/7). On the ground floor with a covered terrace and breathtaking sea-view. Lounge, small kitchen or cooking corner, twin bedroom, double bedroom, two bathrooms, garden.
