The area

The Buganvillea self catering apartments are located near the Lido, on the road from Alghero to Fertilia. a mile from the town centre (5 minutes by bus). In front of the beach and near a beautiful pine woodland

Alghero is situated on the north-west coast: it is surrounded by approx 10 miles of beaches and enjoys a mild climate for most part of the year. It is the most characteristic centre of the Riviera del Corallo with its shore abounding in lonely bays, in creeks hiding soft beaches surrounded with dense pine-woods, with indented cliffs washed by an emerald-green sea. The sea around Alghero dazzles you with its most extraordinary colours. Alghero is a an unspoiled oasis for underwater photography and archaeology.

Overview

The Buganvillea was built in the eighties and refurbished recently.

The 2-storey building is located in front of the white beaches of the lido at Alghero.
Compreises of 46 apartments, all of which are fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning.

There is an internal swimming pool (complete with paddling pool) and private parking is available on request.

On the ground floor, close to Reception, there is the in-house restaurant/pizzeria, called Les Arenas, as well as the ice-cream parlour/bar, called La Playa, and a supermarket that is open every day.

The historical centre of Alghero is located 1.5km away and there is a bus to the centre approximately every 30 minutes

Only about 100 yds from the beach and a beautiful pine woodland. All apartments enjoy TV, safe deposit box, private parking.

Plenty of shops, restaurants and pizza / pasta and ice cream bars are in the area. Bus stop to town only few steps away.

The kitchenettes come complete with sufficient crockery, dishes and cutlery for the number of guests staying, as well as a fridge and a gas/electric oven/hob.
The apartments also feature a satellite TV input, and guests have the option to hire a TV set from the residence.
Table chairs are provided for the balcony.
Free use of swimming pool with area for children (open from 09:00am to 1:00pm and from 04:00pm to 08:00pm). Open 01/03-31/10.

Check-in, Check-out

Check-in time between 16:00 and 19:00. Check-out time strictly before 10:00. Apartment can be kept after 10:00 only by paying for an extra night. Alternatively luggage can be kept in pool changing room and use of pool / changing rooms / shower is allowed

Types, availabity and rates

The complex features two types of fully furnished apartments, sleeping 6 or 8 guests. All of the apartments feature air conditioning, safety deposit box and satellite TV input (with the option to hire a TV set from the residence).

Bilo 6 (sleeps 6)

1 twin bedroom, lounge (double sofa bed and bunk beds), kitchenette, bathroom (shower), and balcony with tables and chairs.

Trilo 8

2 twin bedrooms(different size), lounge (double sofa-bed and bunk beds), kitchenette, bathroom (shower)and balcony with table and chairs.
