The Bouganvillea self catering apartments are located near the Lido, on the road from Alghero to Fertilia. a mile from the town centre (5 minutes by bus). In front of the beach and near a beautiful pine woodland.

Now open all year round!

The Bouganvillea was built in the eighties and refurbished recently.

Plenty of shops, restaurants and pizza / pasta bars, ice cream parlour and shops are in the area. Bus stop to town only few steps away.

All apartments enjoy communal swimming pool (w/children area) and (optional) air conditioning, TV, safe deposit box, private parking.

The kitchenette is well equipped. Table & chairs are provided for the balcony.

Air-con, bed linen and towels, cot, TV, parking, safe deposit box and final cleaning not included (details below).

Free use of swimming pool with area for children (open from 09:00am to 1:00pm and from 04:00pm to 08:00pm).

Apartment can be kept after 10:00 only by paying for an extra night. Alternatively luggage can be kept in pool changing room and use of pool / changing rooms / shower is allowed

Minimum stay between August 4th and 18th inclusive is 2 weeks.
