Bouganvillae Residence is architectonical harmony, simple elegance, comfort and, from March to October, is full of colors dued to the blooming of all its omnipresent bouganvillae, marguerites, pomegranate-trees, and luxurious hydrangeas which stop the passerby for taking a photo.

In the Residence’s Reception the staff is always disposal for any tipe of requests and make the guests enjoy their holiday. The Residence also offers a swimming pool, a little square, a snackbar, a restaurant, a laundry, and shops where the guest can find everything he needs. Near the Residence, there is the Marina Nuova, with many restaurants and famous bars, with a beautiful promenade, between wonderful ships and various shops, which leads to the famous Yacht Club Costa Smeralda, admired for his architecture.

300 metres far from the Yacht Club, the guest can find the Spiaggia dei Gigli and Cala Granu (900 metres far), but it’s important to remember that near Porto Cervo you can find a lot of little beautiful beaches to visit for an unforgettable dive in clear water.
You can reach the Pevero Golf Club, with 18holes field PAR72, in 10 minutes, by car.

Amenities

All the suites are furnished with style and air-conditioned (charged extra if required), telephone, safes, toilets and TV color.

The rooms cannot be occupied by a number of persons bigger than indicated (even in case of children that require a cradle).

Service charge (per person over 2 years of age) € 80,00 which includes: water, gas, bedroom and bathroom linen (weekly change), final cleaning. In the TRILO type apartment minimum service charge is payable for 3 people even if apartment is occupied by 2 people only.

Damage sureties deposit: € 300,00 refundable at check-out assuming no damage or misuse to the apartment or its content has incurred. From this is also detracted any telephone expense or use of safe deposit box. The kitchen or cooking area (and also plates, pots, crokery and cutlery) must be left clean. A supplement to the amount of € 80,00 is detracted from deposit if kitchen is found dirty. Should any bag of rubbish be found in the apartment a further supplement of € 100,00 will be detracted from the deposit.

Air-conditioning: MONOS and TRILOS € 100,00 per week, TRILOS € 120,00. In BILOS and TRILOS the unit is located in the lounge.

Cot (up to 2 yoa): if no linen is provided no charge; if linen is provided € 20 per week.

Safe-deposit box: € 15,00 per week.

Laundry: There is a chargeable assisted laundry service.

Internet: a connection is available at apartments.

Check-in, Check-out, Changeover

Minimum stay 1 week except 07/08-21/08 (2 weeks minimum)

Changeover day: 10/07-11/09: changeover must be saturday, before or after flexible changeover is considered.

Check-out: strictly 10:00

Check-out delays: supplement of Euro 100,00 per hr (maximum of 2 hrs) will be detracted from deposit
