Residence Borgo degli Ulivi, is located in Arbatax, on the eastern coast of Sardinia, near the harbour and only few minutes away from the most beautiful beaches. The residence,
built in 2004, preserves the architectural style, appearance and the best traditions of the island.

It has 27 apartments; 15
one bedroom apartments (each sleeps 4) and 12 two bedroom apartments (each
sleeps 6). The lobby, bar and swimming pool complete our services.
Both the project and the realization of the residence have found inspiration
in the concept of space and comfort, so that your vacation is relaxing and
comfortable.

All apartments are elegantly furnished and have air conditioning, a private terrace, satellite TV, direct dial telephone and a safe.
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and bed linen is provided.
Animals are not admitted.
Water, gas, electricity, air-conditioning (or heating), ),
colour satellite TV, safe
deposit box, use of pool and solarium, Wi-Fi, unsupervised parking,
garage (only for bikes),
final cleaning (does not include kitchen, kitchen must be left clean( and
linen (bath and bed and
kitchen), unsupervised parking, baby cot and high chair ( be be requested at
time of booking), transfer from/to Tortoli airport.
Damage sureties deposit:€ 250,00(to be deposited at check-in and refundable at check-out assuming no misuse or damage has been sustained by the apartment or its contents). PLEASE NOTE: € 50,00
penalty is detracted fro, damage sureties deposit if kitchen and its
contents are found dirty.

PLEASE NOTE: In case of arrival during days or times when the office is closed
it is peremptory that this is notified when making a booking to avoid
inconvenience.

There are 15 one bedroom apartments measuring 50 square metres plus veranda. All apartments are elegantly furnished and have air conditioning, a private terrace, satellite TV, direct dial telephone and a
safe. Each of the apartments has a fully equipped kitchen and bed linen is also
provided.
TRILO 6 (2 bedrooms, sleeps 6).
There are 12 two bedroom apartments measuring 60 sq metres plus veranda. All apartments are elegantly furnished and have air conditioning, a private terrace, satellite TV, direct dial telephone and a safe. Each of the
apartments has a fully equipped kitchen and bed linen is also provided.
