The road to the Cape unwinds through hundreds of hectares of unspoilt vegetation. Pine trees, laurel, juniper, lentisk, myrtle, lilies, mediterranean colours, primeval penetrating scents. White beaches, little bays, rocks, cliffs, small islands, lagoons. Never ending. No matter how hard you try, you'll never see them all: they are never crowded, often esert. With any wind, you will always find a bay of calm waters, either on the south coast or on the north side.

Overview

The infinite shades of transparent water. The towering sight of Tavolara island. And the isles Molara, Molarotto, Lu Furru and Isola Rossa right in front of you. Underwater, a whole world to discover: all kind of fish, sea stars, shells, coloured sea weeds, precipitating cliffs, caves and even archeological remains.

Baia Salinedda is spread out amidst the vegetation of 100 hectares private park, in the Conservation Area of Coda Cavallo and Tavolara.

Salinedda's Bay is shaped by a long white beach, sheltered by the Isola Rossa.Walking along a private path in the park you will reach the beach in a few minutes (250 m. from the Residence).No crossings, no cars.All bungalows enjoy breathtaking views of the bay, the isles and the sea.

Amenities

At the Residence: Reception, Internet and e-mail access, Public Telephone, Bar with mini-market, Restaurant with Pizzeria, washing machines, large children playground, two heated swimming-pools fitted with jet stream for swimming and massage, children’s pool, fitted gym area, TV, tennis racquets and bikes for hire. Private access road with gate and 7 inside parking-lots. Market and shops at 800 mt. (June/September).

At the Beach: Deck chairs and parasols on a reserved area, buoyed swimming space, children playground.

What's included:

Water, gas, electricity and final cleaning (does not include kitchen, kitchen must be left clean).

Extra bed for children, beach service (umbrella and loungers), safe deposit box, BBQ, use of pool, jacuzzi, baby pool, gym, air-conditioning.

Compulsory charges

(To be settled locally): Damage Sureties Deposit: € 150 refundable, assuming no damage o misuse of the apartment and its contents have occurred.

€ 26 supplement is kitchen is left dirty.

(Must be indicated at time of booking and settled locally): Linen hire (bed/bath): € 11 per person, or per change.

Animals: €52 per small size dog.

parasol, air conditioning.

TRILO 6

2 bedrooms, sleeps 6. Same as above, but the kitchenette corner is in the living room, while the second room is very small and fitted with 2 bunk beds of normal length. Large covered terrace equipped for outdoor dining with another gas burner and a small sink. Private garden with two sun-beds, two deck-chairs and one parasol, air conditioning.
