 We
manage a selection privately owned apartments available as holiday rentals in Alghero which have been carefully
selected and are regularly inspected. They range from studio to 1-4 bedroom apartments. These apartments are usually holiday homes given in management to ourselves by their owners. They offer no-frills but comfortable holiday rentals.

Prices start around £
224 per week (based on 2 people sharing during
low season).
 Prices
do vary greatly depending on time of year and availability. We always try to indicate availability as up to date as possible. Please appreciate that we may have situations when volume of requests may result in overlaps which we can only overcome by offering alternative accommodation. We recommend that you check your flight availability before booking your holiday rental, as flight availability
to/from Alghero changes very quickly.

Apartments
rates quoted include charges such as water, electricity (for lighting or cooking purposes) and gas (for cooking or water heating purposes).

|
Alghero holiday rentals rates do not include (where available, and these are charged extra at time of booking): air-conditioning (£
7 per night), gas or electricity (for ambient heating - £ 7 per night), private car parking (£
3 per night) and bed/bath linen. Linen hire is available on request at £ 10 per person (3 towels of different dimensions, bed sheets and pillow case per person) per week.

You will given the option of requesting all optional services available for each apartment at time of booking. Please note that our booking form indicates the options of services available for booking, but please note that some services may not be available only for certain properties. Please
check available services for each apartment before booking. |

Duvets and blankets are supplied. Linen is added to rental total at £ 10
per person. Final cleaning is also added to the cost of the apartment at £
35 per apartment (studios - 1 bedrooms), £ 40 (2-3 bedrooms).
